Fleming and Associates, L.L.P., is based in Houston, Texas. Founded in 1981 by managing partner George Fleming, the firm focuses on representing individuals in civil trials and appeals. Fleming & Associates has proven experience in class actions, mass actions, personal injury, wrongful death, complex product liability, negligence, commercial issues, and consumer litigation cases.

Our greatest strength is our people. We have 12 attorneys, plus many legal assistants and support staff, and they all share the Fleming & Associates philosophy of true client commitment.

Fleming & Associates has the manpower, financial resources, and dedication needed to represent our clients—from individuals to groups of thousands who may have been injured by large corporations. Large cases may have hundreds or thousands of plaintiffs, and span as many as ten years. Millions of dollars are needed to go the distance in such a case, for travel expenses, expert witnesses, product tests, and thousands of depositions. Fleming & Associates is committed to seeing these cases to the end, and all our cases are handled on a contingency fee basis.

Fleming & Associates is selective about cases, ensuring each one is a good fit for one of the firm’s areas of expertise. Each client we represent becomes our highest priority.
