George Fleming, Founder and Managing Partner, is a native Texan who began his law career in 1971 as a trial attorney at the U.S. Department of Justice.
Chris Fonville joined Fleming & Associates in 2008, where his practice areas includes personal injury, products liability, premises liability, pharmaceutical liability, toxic tort, and mass tort.
G. Sean Jez joined the firm in January '97 where his practice areas have included personal injury, product liability, medical malpractice, toxic tort, consumer mass tort and class action litigation.
Ken Johnson is experienced in medical malpractice, insurance, toxic tort, commercial, and environmental and intellectual property litigation.
Anita Kawaja is experienced in complex mass and class action litigation at the trial and appellate level, including personal injury, commercial and products liability litigation.
Scott Love is an active trial lawyer concentrating his practice on product liability, medical malpractice and other catastrophic injury cases.
Michael Moreland is an associate at Fleming & Associates working in the areas of products liability, personal injury and medical malpractice.
Rand Nolen joined Fleming & Associates in 1997. He is one of the most active trial lawyers in the firm and has also prosecuted and argued numerous appeals.
