Fen-Phen Lawsuit

Therefore, beginning in 1997 Fleming & Associates sued Wyeth in various courts throughout the United States , seeking damages for its injured clients living in different areas of the country. After a verdict and several settlements during trial in 1999 and 2000, Fleming & Associates and Wyeth reached a settlement on behalf of 588 clients represented by Fleming & Associates.
