Aaron Heckaman joined Fleming & Associates in 2009, where his practice areas include personal injury, pharmaceutical liability, products liability, premises liability, and toxic tort.

Aaron graduated from Texas A&M University in 2003 with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Information and Operation Management. He attended South Texas College of Law, where he received his Juris Doctor in 2007. While at South Texas, Aaron represented the school in the mock trial program, and served as an associate editor for the Corporate Counsel Review. Prior to joining Fleming & Associates, he worked at a firm that specialized in representing victims in toxic tort and personal injury claims. In 2010, Aaron was named as a Texas Monthly Super Lawyers Rising Star.
