J. Ken Johnson joined Fleming | Nolen | Jez, L.L.P. in 2001 and has over 20 years experience handling complex, multi-party litigation. He has successfully handled large commercial, intellectual property, and environmental cases on a national basis. He also has experience litigating contract, insurance, construction, personal injury and mass tort disputes.

Ken graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture Economics. He attended South Texas College of Law, where he received his Juris Doctor in 1986, and taught trial skills as an Adjunct Professor and trained mock trial and negotiation teams for more than fifteen years. He has been a featured speaker at continuing legal education seminars on topics including commercial and bankruptcy related litigation.

Ken has been listed among "Houston's Top Lawyers" by H Texas Magazine since 2005. He serves on the Executive Committee of the South Texas College of Law Board of Directors and the Texas FFA Foundation.
