Laura Yaeger utilizes her unique combination of legal and management skills to handle a variety of cases and issues such as multi-district litigation, products liability, toxic torts and breach of contract. Since joining Fleming | Nolen | Jez, L.L.P. in 1998, Laura has represented thousands of individuals that have been harmed by the conduct of others. Laura has managed large teams of associates, contract attorneys, paralegals, and litigation support assistants to accomplish various tasks related to all aspects of litigating complex mass actions without losing sight of the details of individual cases.

Laura graduated with honors from St. Thomas University School of Law in 1996. In May 2009, she graduated with high honors from University of Houston Law Center obtaining her Masters in Health Law. Laura was awarded the 7th Annual Robert S. Toth LL.M Writing Award in 2009 for her article titled, Amendment 7: Medical Tradition v. The Will of the People, Has Florida’s Peer Review Privilege Vanished?. In 2005 and 2007, Laura was named by H Texas Magazine as one of its Top Young Professionals on the Fast Track. In 2008, she was named by H Texas Magazine as one of Houston's Top Lawyers and as one of Texas' Top Young Attorneys. Also in 2008, Super Lawyers, a Thomson Reuters publication, recognized Laura as a Texas Rising Star.
