Robert Bench joined Fleming | Nolen | Jez, L.L.P. as an associate from his private practice in civil and criminal law after assisting Fleming | Nolen | Jez, L.L.P. in the litigation of several mass tort actions involving polybutylene pipe, a Bogalusa tank car explosion, a Cumene chemical explosion, Shell and Exxon gas retailers, Minerva toxic site exposure, Northwestern Mutual insurance fraud, and lead paint native exposure.

In Fleming | Nolen | Jez, L.L.P.'s pharmaceutical litigation, he managed the deposition department. Robert has been involved in several areas of litigation including commercial, personal injury, products liability, toxic tort, mass and class actions. A native Houstonian, Robert received his Bachelor of General Studies, Natural Sciences degree from the University of Houston, and his law degree from South Texas College of Law. He is licensed to practice law in the State of Texas and admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas. His legal memberships include the State Bar of Texas and the Houston Bar Association.
