Will Allen began his legal career in 1996 with a small civil litigation firm in Houston, and thereafter quickly moved to a law firm representing the victims in toxic tort and personal injury claims, and he has been doing so ever since. He joined Fleming & Associates in May 2007, where his practice areas include personal injury, products liability, premises liability, and toxic tort. Will received his Bachelor of Science from Stephen F. Austin State University of Texas in Nacogdoches, Texas in 1992, and his law degree in 1996 from South Texas College of Law in Houston, Texas.
